Land Use Document Filing

I have been working with planning departments for over 10 years. The process of filing documents such as easements, lot line adjustments, lot consolidations and deeds can be daunting. I can obtain and complete the forms for you, or help you to complete the forms yourself. I can then file the forms with the appropriate agencies.

Many of my clients live out of the area, so working with the various government departments can be difficult. Many times these transactions can delay or even terminate real estate agreements. I can work with you by phone fax and email and get documents turned around quickly. Title companies can handle some of these transactions, but as a land use consultant, a builder, and someone who has quick access to information and forms 7 days a week, I can almost always handle these transactions more quickly.
